-Rewrote forum permissions.
-Added limits and spam filter to chatbox for stability.
-Added online in chatbox counter.

-Changed the Profile button up top to go to your Forum Profile instead.

-Added and fixed reCAPTCHA on Login and Register, no reason to have it on forum posts too.

-Added a sticky pin symbol for stickied Threads.
-Added the latest member counter at the bottom of the forums.
-Updated users roles.
-Fixed forum profile links, clicking someone’s profile should take you to https://u4ea.cc/forums/users/(user) now.
